Pros
Lots of improvements in the right direction over the past few years. This is a very niche industry and they aren’t exactly on the cutting edge of technology. However, you can carve out a great position with the right team/manager. They ask for and listen to employee feedback on a consistent basis.
Cons
Salary and benefits are lacking. Typical corporate culture b.s. like anywhere else. Too many upper/middle management positions, never on the same page.
