Pros

Avanti Snack monthly snack allowance. Free Orca bus pass. CEO and some of the execs who have been with company for a while are nice. Some decent people in the company, mostly non-middle management.

Cons

Company asked employees to post positive reviews to bolster their "brand. Five Star reviews are mostly fake. Company is losing clients and many people are leaving recently. The company is not a meritocracy; nepotism reins supreme. There is a caste system in place. If you are not in the "Tower Team", Sales or upper management you are treated like a second class citizen.

You get to learn gold standard of managing up by engineering SVP,

CEO and his hand picked cronies, good at taking care of each other at the cost of folks who do the actual work. Company stopped growing after current CEO took over the helm,
