Pros
Lighthouse has one of the coolest cultures in the industry. We're aggressively winning market share, yet still maintaining an employee-centric culture. I come to work excited about the new possibilities. The energy is contagious and comes from the top down. Brian McManus is a great visionary with a very approachable demeanor.
Cons
Like any growing company, there's always ways to streamline / organize, but I do feel there's a lot of thought put into things so I trust the outcome.
