- Innovative but lost in direction. - Since taking over, the CEO has lost trust in workforce. - The executives talk about growth and expansion, but they have been laying staff members off for years. As a result of this, staff members morale is quite low as there is zero job security. - People used to talk here and it was a very relaxed place to be. The culture has shifted in a negative way. - Constant rebrands, however the lack of training amongst teams is alarming. Makes you feel like you are falling behind and not up to speed with the new trends. - If you speak up you will be seen as a weak link or will be let go.
