Pros
Family Oriented Company, thus no or little politics.
Used to have a FOC company trip to Southeast Asia once in every 2 years. now stopped as boss say company is not earning (to their expectations).
Cons
- company workflow and procedures is very bad. understaff!!
- typically the boss has no life, everyone have to work on extra things. (meaning OT)
- no medical benefits at all, you can't even claim a polyclinic receipt.
- pay is not justifiable to the workload given.
- even sales/project staffs have to chase for payment, not accounts doing it??
