The company has gone through a radical shift in upper management in recent months, creating many mixed messages on what's expected from the employees. At first glance, this appeared to be a great opportunity, but the deeper I got in, the layers begin to peel back to reveal a culture and environment that encouraged back-biting and lies. When I was asked to sign a 'social contract' a few months back, I was told the entire company, including the CEO, would be held accountable. What a joke! This company has no integrity... it has no heart, and while it pretends to "care" about its people by providing free lunch and the occasional "Beer Thirty" on Fridays (that's right, beer in the office during work hours), you will learn that the "used car" mentality its CEO brings to the table does nothing but play people, and clients, against each other on a daily basis. But hey, don't take my word for it... see for yourself. I look forward to reading your review in the future!
