Pros
Nobody cares if you do mistakes and blow up thousands of dollars. You will end up feeling like Sansa Stark being tortured by king Joffrey (management) but you might get a good CV to work for other better companies in the future because lightinthebox is a big company. There's a ping pong table which is nice.
Cons
Bad Management: In the international department you will be managed by people with no experience or incompetent people. Most Chinese managers in the international management are people who took a major in a language and nothing else (italian, spanish, french, dutch, etc..) and were previously doing costumer service. They are bad managers and they do not share vital knowledge. Evaluation is subjective and NOT based on your skills and they don't care what you are capable of. Some foreigners are promoted because they are in the good grace of the gods, not skills. CEO and directors are just nasty. The CEO will not look or even greet workers. Poorly distribution of tasks: Translators do managing tasks and managers do translators tasks. The international department is just bad now and you won't learn as much as you could. Visa: you have to deal with by yourself and pay an agent..
