Pros
There is a tremendous growth opportunity for a self-starter and motivated employee. The company is operating in many countries and across many verticals, allowing for testing new all the time.
Cons
Although it's a very mature company, many of the processes still reflect the agility of a startup, which might take a bit to get used to if you come from a more structured corporate environment.
