      I was fortunate to work on a really strong team and experienced collaboration and respect from my peers

      Cons

      We did experience a change in leadership halfway through the year which lead to some surprising changes and layoffs. As a junior employee, not privy to the company's overall health and financial stability, this came as a shock.
