Pros
Sometimes they can work with your schedule. The location is good too. They used to do company lunches, I'm not sure if they will anymore. Most of the coworkers there are good hard working people.
Cons
I was fired for no reason. The owners expect you to stay late or give it 150% above and beyond for the company but they dont return the respect or appreciation or compensation even. If people start complaining and morals is low the owners will do meetings trying to make you feel sorry for them. They also might do shady things when they fire you like try to make you sign papers that say you are the one quitting and that they are not firing you. DONT sign anything! I got let goand they had no reason to, it was random. they said they were going to lose their house. Oh Ok?! They are just in a bad mood I think and felt like firing people! When I was fired I was taken out like garbage. I felt like a criminal. After all the years I gave to the company! I have the suspicion they are responding to what is in the news I think and not facts that really apply to this company. They went on a firing spree today and I am sorry I was caught up in it.
