      Pros

      Overtime and need to work over weekend and they will gaslighting you says, everything is normal. OT is normal????

      Cons

      Unprofessional Lead , no professional growth and guide. Demanding HR as she think she the boss here , no manners and immature behave like a kid. For those who wanna join this company please think twice. Unless you wanna ruin your life.

      Thank you for providing your feedback. However, I would like to clarify that your information is inaccurate, as we have never employed you. Our company offers overtime benefits to all our staff, either on a monthly basis or as a year-end bonus. Additionally, our Digital Marketing team rarely has to work overtime. We always ask our employees if they are willing to commit to overtime work, as our clients include large brands and government bodies, and there are occasions when their demands require us to extend our service hours. Despite this, we are recognized as one of the agencies with the least overtime work and the most rewards.       Pros

      Located near public MRT, lots of food option around. Good teamworks and supports from HOD, seniors and managers. Any work requests channels appropriately through the HOD. Social activities amongst the staff is very positively implied and everyone so chaotic (the gen Z style). Good technical / IT supports provided. Every project has something new at some point, giving more exposure and more room to grow and learn.

      Creative deliveries within tight timeline, a fast-paced company.
