Pros
Some really great people who are really plugged into the comms industry. High expectations, which translates into great experience if you're willing to take on the responsibility.
Cons
CEO, finance, and ops departments could use a reset. Too much collusion with the CEO, which translates into dishonesty - and a bit of corporate self-deception. Very authoritarian / hub and spoke leadership style, so don't work here if you expect to be the 'owner' of anything assuming you are in a role where you do have a lot of responsibility. Everything has to go through the CEO.
