Cons
Commision based, no epf, socso Supposedly doing sales however during my time there it was fundraising. Brainwashing to believe the business has alot of benefits and create a false positive culture where everyone is always positive and will be frowned upon when questioning the business model. They emphasise on personal development through the sharing of online quotes. No growth in professional skills such as computer skills and corporate skills. ( however they have a good sales system)
