      Pros

      You can choose to work remotely, on-site or a mix between the two. Good communication and collaboration within teams. Engineers are mostly very skilled. Salaries are rather good.

      Cons

      The end goal is to maximise advertising performance, which is not everyone's dream.

      Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and willing to discuss ideas regardless of who you are. Great inclusive culture from the top down
