The people you have to work with aren’t the most intelligent as they hire anyone off the street with no wind background. They base your salary on 6/10s weekly. Although most weeks you’re into 80/90 hour weeks. They push push push you and your team to finish a job and preach they care about employees but reality they care more about their profit margin staying above 50%
