      Pros

      Too many pros to list in this box. They pay you what you put in. Had good job security. This company has gone above and beyond to take care of their employees. You are entrusted with responsibilities and as long as you put in the work you are good to go!

      Cons

      This is not a reflection of the company itself but Dock and Door is one tough job and is not for everyone. Not for the faint of heart or anyone with health/mental issues. Otherwise, zero cons at all with Lift Power!

      Pros

      This company has great benefits and room for growth. You work in a place with people who actually care for you outside of work. Many employees have worked here for over 10 years. Great industry knowledge, and upper management works great together.
