      Unsure what the old management was like previously but the new MD Paul has been great with me, always supportive and friendly. Really good induction, structured 121 time with management and clear goals. Very happy in my new role here.

      Good group of work mates Flexible with lunch or personal appointments

      Cons

      Toxic Trying to be the biggest and best lift service provider even though the services they provide are shocking Engineers can’t be bothered to do their job Office staff ignore customers No communication between branches Favouritism with certain staff Corruption within management Sack you off for no reason then realise it was a mistake when work cannot be fulfilled
