Great company to work for, they care not only about the people they service but also me as an employee. They want you to grow and learn, always striving for you to be better with them. My boss listens and tries to improve any situation for me without micromanaging. They only hire caring, trustworthy people that have the same goal-succeed, without taking away from serving our community and its people. The best feeling that comes from helping people is knowing that you made a difference in their lives along with them making a difference in yours. We are all here to help each other out and when you work for a company that understands that and it is their goal too, then it is a win, win.

Whenever you work with the public, you will have those that maybe difficult to work with, trying to find what works best for them is not always easy.
