Pros

Decent job if you want to learn/practice photography. I got more experience working with families, kids, and pets.

Cons

Very high stress environment. I’d never seen a job where so many people are hired then after a week are just overwhelmed and just ghost the manager. Holiday season is mayhem.Their photography standards are ridiculous for how much time you have with each appointment. I was constantly working overtime and you could barely call for time off because of limited staffing. And then once holidays are over there’s barely any hours, so most associates don’t last past holidays because they will need a different job. Commissions are very little.

Pros

Coworkers were always friendly and great to work with. Insurance was great.

Cons

Literally everything else. Company makes major changes every few months, firing managers across the country without replacements. Did not fire a sales rep who was committing felony fraud but fired small employees with false information. Company is 90 years old but refuses to make basic improvements. Nowhere to move up and bonus is rigged.
