      Pros

      The company has great flexiblity. It also gives many benefits like free shutterfly gifts, discounts on school pictures, and discounts at JCP Portrait studios.

      Cons

      There are high stress periods twice a year for about 2-3 months. There is also a lot of turnover. Higher management doesn't seem to care about employees as much and communication is lacking

      Pros

      Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

      Cons

      -Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
