Pros

Working with the kiddos is so much fun. You get paid for mileage - not nearly enough to make it worth it though.

Cons

No benefits. Very very very minimal training for people who are hired with no experience. So you are left floundering to figure it out yourself. Tech issues all the time. A lot of schools don’t have service for some reason so even if you need help you can’t call anyone to get help. Management team was so unsupportive and made me feel like a burden and stupid for asking questions. Not great pay. It says full-time but you never get full-time hours. You are either working 20 hours a week or 80 there is no inbetween.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
