      Pros

      Working with kids, pretty easy job for the most part.

      Cons

      No benefits, no raises, no promotions, no incentives. Worked there for almost 4 years and never once was offered a promotion and never made over .50 total in raises in those 4 years. Work only 6 months if the through the year. Use your own car for heavy equipment and don't get any compensation for the use of your car except for gas.

      This was a great place to work. Really lovely people. Very much felt like a team. Management was accessible and everyone was willing to answer questions.

      None. Except the internet was always going out.

      Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

      Cons

      -Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
