      Pros

      Get to connect with people, make kids smile, learn to better my photography skills. I live providing a service that is meaningful. Family is everything. Kids and photography is a great combination, if you have a lot of energy, this is a great job! I love it.

      Cons

      The pay isn't worth the amount of hard work we do. The company focuses on sales so quantity over quality and pushed us to work really hard. It's hard on your body (knees and back) the hours are unpredictable unless you are management

      Pros

      Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

      Cons

      -Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
