Pros

Summers and Winters off, Early start times and early finish times, fun environment, there are a few opportunities to move up in the company, you are automatically enrolled in employee stock with the company, they pay mileage and an hourly driving pay for traveling to each center.

Cons

High turnover and those that have been there for years get special treatment, you have to go on unemployment in the off season, You can have up to 100 mile radius to travel daily, expensive benefits, germs germs germs (prepare to get sick at least a few times a year), "Full time" is hardly ever 40 hours a week, this job would be very difficult for someone who needs to provide for a family because the pay and unemployment compensation is low.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
