      Pros

      The people are amazing to work with. Laid back, professional, lots of laughs. Lots of traveling and always something new happening. Great Employee Owned Stock benefits. Pay is good.

      Cons

      Temporary layoffs can be rough. You need to financially prepare yourself. Promotions are very limited. Its not really a job you can support your whole family with. Your spouse must work too. Maybe if you are in upper mgm you can make it well?

      Pros

      Coworkers were always friendly and great to work with. Insurance was great.

      Cons

      Literally everything else. Company makes major changes every few months, firing managers across the country without replacements. Did not fire a sales rep who was committing felony fraud but fired small employees with false information. Company is 90 years old but refuses to make basic improvements. Nowhere to move up and bonus is rigged.
