Pros

+Fun to interact with customers and create personal photo collections

Cons

-Weekly schedule is always on-call, so it's impossible to have predictable personal time -Unrealistic expectations for scheduling customers (customers are consistently over-scheduled) -Scam promotions (I saw coupons that advertised our regular prices as deep discounts marked down from fictional previous prices) -Terrible pay and benefits -Antiquated technology

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
