Excellent health care benefits, Good vacation plan, Employee Stock-ownership program, Great discount opportunities within host store (JC Pennys and Target) Fulfilling work in knowing that you are capturing moments in your clients life that they will cherish forever.
Cons
Unrealistic expectations in sales. Never enough labor hours to operate efficiently. Lack of a training system for new hires that actually works as well as enough training so that they won't quit after just a week on the job. Dual standards of studio performance depending on whether or not you are liked by them. Frequently working on weekends.
