Pros
Good for photographers who lack business sense, or beginning photographers who have no experience whatsoever when it comes to basic portraiture. The company is also generally flexible.
Cons
Not enough hours, at times I would only work once a week for four hours that day. During peak season you get a decent amount of hours, but due to the not so decent pay you need another source of income in order to survive. Also, no benefits, and you are pushed to upsell (but don't make commission) with coupons giving customers ridiculous discounts that work against you being able to make your goal. During busy shifts our lunch breaks are taken away, no room for growth within the company, and corporate allows for customers to book sessions every ten minutes (chaos).
