      Pros

      Ability to practice your craft at high school and college events and expand your portfolio.

      Cons

      No raises. Ridiculous travel. Unscrupulous management practices. Excessive mileage placed on your own vehicle at the lowest reimbursement (10% of the price of gas... .23 cents a mile ish versus government rate of .56). The modern equivalent of working for the mine owners and being paid in script. Join for a season or two and learn and leave. No ability to feed a family on their salary.

      Pros

      Coworkers were always friendly and great to work with. Insurance was great.

      Cons

      Literally everything else. Company makes major changes every few months, firing managers across the country without replacements. Did not fire a sales rep who was committing felony fraud but fired small employees with false information. Company is 90 years old but refuses to make basic improvements. Nowhere to move up and bonus is rigged.
