Pros

Good pay & benefits, access to lots of free events. Good work life balance.

Cons

Bad culture. They love layoffs & firing people on the spot, so you never feel like your job is safe, I worked there just under 2 years & saw 2 rounds of layoffs a year apart (one in June 2023, one in September 2024), and I also had 2 of my supervisors fired without warning on Monday mornings a year apart (one in August 2023, one in September 2024). Josh Coffey will tell you he's a "people person" & cares about his people, but if he or the company truly cared, they would do any sort of disciplinary actions or coaching rather than just firing people & excusing it by saying Colorado is "at-will state". 49 states are at-will, but most leaders put in the effort to document & coach employees instead of just firing them. It was a joke among employees that you didn't really work at Lifetime if you didn't get fired at least once by them.

Pros

Upper management is fairly approachable

Cons

The commission per sale is a freaking joke and you'll lose your voice pretty quickly from soliciting inside a Costco for 6 hours straight. The group chat is annoying as hell. Let's be honest, no one is THAT excited about selling windows. You're not changing the world or saving lives so take a chill pill and stop pretending that it's the greatest job ever.
