Pros
I loved the patients I worked with. The headquarters was very helpful when planning your monthly calendar. They provided a wide variety of excellent resources. 2x a month pay schedule, human resources was very organized and you would typically get your pay check stub before it was deposited. Occasionally the paychecks would be deposited a couple days early. The HR team was amazing.
Cons
It's a sorority workforce environment. If you like to gossip about staff and patients this is the place for you. Be prepared for getting written up for the worst reasons. If you excel at your actual job, they will not like you.
