There are no Cons to mention.

This is a team and an organization that truly cares for its employees and for those that they serve. The benefits are certainly among the very best offered in the industry. (I would be surprised to find a non-profit that comes close.) Each level of leadership clearly demonstrates a desire to develop those they lead. While there are not many opportunities for advancement, there are opportunities to be recognized and rewarded for delivering quality work results. There is also a great balance of valuing relationships and results.

As mentioned already, there are not many opportunities for advancement, but I don't see this to compare in any way with the depth and breadth of positive reasons to work at Lifeshape.
