      Pros

      Easy to change team to see how other people work. Good CTO. Very good communication on most tech teams. Care of others. Complex architecture but good team to handle it. Management is great and take care of bad behaviors.

      Cons

      Maybe top management not super clear about company choices at the beginning of the year. Salary could be a little bit more competitive.
