During COVID-19 everyone is being careful about workplace safety and allowing work to be done from home when possible. Management is excellent at listening and takes feedback seriously. Transparency means that everyone knows the status of the business and what the goals are. Work/life balance is excellent and the benefits are very competitive. Everyone is kind and welcoming to new faces. Overall, I'm very happy to be a part of this company and looking forward to helping it grow. Highly recommended.
