IMO - Counselor Lifeline PCS Employee Review

The pay was great & I really enjoyed some of the people I worked with

I was given 0 direction & expected to figure what they needed out on my own.

Pay rate Schedule Easy job

Management rarely around and rarely unreachable only on my shift (nights) Left to make critical decisions. However, would undermine my choice or action taken. Even though, no prior guidance was given or company SOPs were in place. Instead, just was talked badly about to other employees.
