Management is a joke, the turnover is ridiculous and no one knows what to do, you basically need to follow your common sense and risk getting in trouble over it and because none gives you an answer. You need to watch your back especially if you're not the favorite and you don't care to them. They don't appreciate your dedication, your loyalty, the love you have for your job which is very discouraging and they want you to do it the corporate and unempathetic way
