Pros

Pay is better than most, great benefits. Company is very understanding if something comes up and you need to leave early or come in late. Everyone's birthday is celebrated with delicious cake! As long as you do your job well they won't gripe if you come in a little late. Most people in the warehouse have been there for years (8+) and do their job very well. Most sales people are new, the more experienced ones have been there for 3 or more years. And there's also the hardware section so if you every wanted to learn how to key locks you can learn that as well.

Cons

Because most warehouse workers have been there so long it's nearly impossible to move up in the warehouse. At most you can become a backup delivery driver to break up your day and do something different. Obviously it's a lighting and furniture company and while lighting isn't really heavy, climbing ladders everyday wears on you over time. And of course furniture is as heavy or even heavier than you would expect. Management can be great to you or it can be the end of you. Because it's a small store word gets around about even the slightest issue and words can get seriously misconstrued. Be careful, keep your head down and do your job and you'll be just fine.
