Pros
It was an easy job, with an opportunity to connect with the residents. Management seemed to actually care about the employees, and overall the culture was friendly and casual.
Cons
Some of the employees were downright incompetent, refused to do their jobs, never showed up on time, etc. In a customer service position, the customers (residents) were way easier to get along with than my coworkers.
