The clinical director of operations and my site supervisor (Evanston, IL) have encouraged and empowered me from day one, and my co-workers are extremely competent and wonderful to work with. Our front office worker goes out of her way to make clients/patients feel welcome and is very thoughtful of staff. From the moment that I was hired, everyone that I have dealt with has been professional, extremely helpful, and very competent regarding my onboarding. My caseload has grown rapidly, which was something that I was concerned about when I first started. Life Stance has set me up to succeed from the start and has provided me with support regarding learning their "system." I could not be happier with how I have been treated and what I am doing daily.
