Pros
I have been fortunate enough to work at LifeStance since 2017 and have been able to share in many successes. I feel as though the executive leadership team cares about my professional development as well as my personal family situation. I find the work satisfying, challenging and always changing. My departmental team is truly collaborative and we try to champion and elevate one another everyday.
Cons
Our mission at LifeStance by far outweighs any downside. We are helping people live better lives! There is always more work than can be done in any day, I would recommend people bring their endurance because we are in it for the long haul! We can do a better job and are working on improving communication and change management efforts.
