For starters, the pay is an outright lie. You will NOT likely receive the pay advertised. Their compensation is a joke.
Seriously, go anywhere else.
Their contract is terrible, if you leave within three years they will make you repay your bonus by withholding it from your next paychecks. You will be paid "state minimum wage" at that point. They do NOT care about you and they don't even pretend to. They don't care about leaving you scrambling to pay bills.
Their EHR is a joke and goes down multiple times per day, so good luck doing notes in a timely manner.
Stay far, far away from this place. There's a reason there are several lawsuits tied to them. This is the only place l've worked that l've felt actually miserable and trapped.
LifeStance is unethical, for both the clinician and the patient. They can't keep front desk staff so if you need support with scheduling, or anything else, you're often on your own or waiting for long periods of time to get assistance.
Oh, and they won't give you PTO/sick leave. They only started giving it in my area very recently when the state mandated it. And their offer for it sucked.
There's no base salary either. Don't be fooled into thinking there is one. There's no reason to work here if you aren't completely desperate. This is what it looks like when you try to make mental health care into a greedy, corporate game.
