      great place to work to help the forgotten population of patients. addiction therapy is underappreciated and often looked down upon.

      staffing is an ongoing issue and management refuses to help out when we are short staffed

      Great hours Monday thru Friday

      Cons

      Not set up for success. Pay is horrible. Say they will train you but this is not true. Management are a bunch of bullies. Wolves in sheep clothing. Do not take this job. Nurses are expected to code/bill/take a therapy class and pass a state test. If you don’t meet their productivity you are shamed. You do not have your own office
