Pros
Very good people working there in lower-level positions. A few good managers as well... but once you hit the corporate level... not so much,
Cons
Taken over by DirecTV, who was just bought by AT&T. AT&T has their own home security arm in place, so no need to continue with what Lifeshield brings to the table. The corporate "structure" is strangling any joy that remains.
