Pros

The company provided lunches regularly during company events.

Cons

The entire company works one shift, which makes taking lunch difficult as coverage is also a concern managed by the team, not the supervisors.

Pros

401k, paid holidays, PTO, free lunch on Fridays, In all honesty this is a good place to work if you keep your head down and do your work, if you have any person problems it will EVENTUALLY get to the CEO from the administrative side. Great benefits tho!!

Cons

They have an open door policy but relay your concerns or ideas and you will get nothing in return. If you have kids they do not care to let you take days off (its frowned upon). They fire their best workers or they have eventually left. Base pay for admin is below average. Don't bother asking for a raise. Will make you workin office during a world pandemic. They do not give tuition reimbursement, but claim they do when hired.

Thank you for taking the time to provide a review for us. Through feedback we’re able to improve in areas that need to be addressed and do more of the things that are working well for the team. We truly believe that to be the best company possible, we need to take care of our team’s needs and futures. Because of that we consider our offering a full benefits package (i.e. vacation and sick time, 401k, full medical, dental and vision, shareholder after 5 years) a must. I’m glad you enjoyed that part of your time here. We also believe in each person on the team being fully engaged in the company’s success. This means offering a competitive base salary in accordance with the position and previous experience, in addition to offering a solid bonus structure for each and every team member that is predicated on how well each person contributes to the team and how the team is doing as a whole. Yes, our Open Door policy is also important. This means that we discuss the items that are critical to a team member’s success and happiness among the leadership team, while ensuring that personal issues are kept personal, in order to continue to build a cohesive team that thrives on working together on a daily basis. We also take grievances to heart and do everything we can to address issues that arise – though we know we’re not perfect and always strive to be better. This is a major reason that our team of superstars have enjoyed the longevity they have – many joining us a couple years out of school and continuing with us for 10+ years, often enjoying many firsts of adulthood – travelling, buying their first home, getting married, having and raising children. I truly thank you for your feedback, and wish you the best of everything in your future. Heather Ulz, CEO
