Employees live their Core Values, especially integrity, which besides a positive attitude is probably the most essential quality required for long term growth and success.

Some may say inability to work from home is a con.

The entire company works one shift, which makes taking lunch difficult as coverage is also a concern managed by the team, not the supervisors.
