Pros
Aviation company with interesting products. Employees are involved in many different processes and work with cross functional teams to solve issues. Can be very full filling tackling daily challenges. Employees support each other and want to succeed. Good people work here.
Cons
Little to no work/life balance Some key management personel work long hours with no improvement to the issues at hand, then point out how many hours they work. Several key management positions are filled with longtime LifePort employees that are not qualified to be in their current position. Management have a hard time making decisions leading to a sometimes chaotic work environment.
