Pros
The work itself is very fun, and you get to solve new creative challenges all the time. They really do make some cool stuff, and every day is something new so you'll definitely never be bored
Cons
You WILL burn yourself out working here. It's not uncommon for a lot of employees to work 70+ hours a week because projects weren't scheduled properly. There are HUGE pay disparities among departments, and they will convince people to take salaried positions only so they don't have to pay them for the insane amount of overtime necessary to do this job. They also have created an incredibly toxic company culture built around the idea that you aren't a "team" player if you aren't working insane hours like everyone else.
