Terrible Management, No Support - Operations Engineer LifeCell Employee Review

No opportunity for job growth and development, downsizing is expected. Director level and above are disconnected from mangers and below. Very low office morale. Managers and Directors punish the performers by setting unrealistic deadlines and providing no resources then hold them accountable and justify no bonus or raise. Managers threaten employees with job security to "increase productivity" and document everything possible to present to HR/Director level to cover themselves. Working late nights weekends is expected with no respect for personal schedules.
