      Good pay scale Casual work environment Small scale in india but run by Malaysia, Singapore and japan. Growing firm.

      Small unit in india. Lots of responsibility.

      Pros

      Company running really great outlets, lots of staff discounts and privileges, higher management are pretty friendly.

      Cons

      Horrible middle management, irresponsible, lazy, ignore issues instead of investigate and solving them properly. Office staff mainly are from Malaysia, a lot of conversation and gossips are done by Cantonese which you don't even understand. Salary is also lower than market rate.
