I don't have enough words to express how much I enjoy working at Lifebell AI. Coming from many different jobs, roles, backgrounds and work cultures I was a bit skeptical when first joining Lifebell AI. I was concerned that the start-up culture would come with poor work/life balance, lack of culture & scarcity of money. However, Lifebell AI is basically the complete opposite. The people at Lifebell really make it feel like home. Our culture is VERY diverse but we compliment each other when solving problems, playing games or just chatting. Every day I am learning something new and more importantly, given the time and space to challenge myself in hopes of doing things the 'right' way instead of the fastest way. Whenever I've needed help I've always found an abundance of support whether it be a technical or personal issue. 'Be Human' & 'Community of Peers" are 2 of our core values & the ones I resonate with the most on a daily basis. Lifebell AI enables a culture where being vulnerable is okay, we're all human at the end of the day. We see each other as peers working towards the same goal daily. It doesn't matter if I'm talking to another software engineer or the CTO, both conversations are equally as open, supportive & transparent. Now, saving the best for last.... At Lifebell AI we are saving lives! I get to come to work each morning excited and motivated because my work is IMPACTFUL!
